Shipping and delivery

Australian orders

Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days.

Express shipping is available for A$10. Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days.

Orders are dispatched from Cheltenham, Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and are estimates supplied by the carrier. Regional locations, public holidays and unexpected carrier delays can affect delivery times.

International orders

We ship to selected international destinations. Available services, delivery estimates and prices are shown at checkout for the destination entered. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their local authority.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please check the delivery address before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us through the Help & Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, damage or a delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
