Subscription cancellation policy

How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription, Firmr will send repeat deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify and is charged automatically for each scheduled order. The product price, any subscription discount, shipping and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

You can manage your subscription through the secure link in your subscription emails or by signing in to your Firmr customer account. Available options include skipping an upcoming delivery, pausing or resuming a subscription, updating payment and delivery details, and cancelling future deliveries.

You may cancel at any time before the next subscription order is processed. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. If you need help, contact us through the Help & Contact page before the next scheduled order date.

Failed payments and account details

Please keep your payment and delivery details current. If a scheduled payment fails, Shopify may retry the payment and the order may be delayed, paused or cancelled.

Returns and refunds

Cancelling a subscription is separate from returning a product. Subscription orders that have already been processed are covered by our Return and refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.
